Iron Legend Olympic Bar
The Iron Legend Bar is a our top of the range, IWF approved, Olympic Bar.
 
It is made from high-grade sprung steel and comes with a minimum tensile strength of 190k - 200k PSI (pounds per square inch), and a yield strength of 1,500kg (the amount of weight needed to cause permanent bending).
 
The bars have a hard chromium coating and feature 10NK needle bearings to ensure a smooth and frictionless sleeve rotation. Standard IWF approved measurements - each shaft is 2200mm long, 28mm in diameter, and weighs 20kg.

Rubber Bumper Plates Specification

The Iron Legend plates have an IWF standard 450mm diameter and machine calibrated to within +/- 1% accuracy. of stated weight.  Bright vibrant colours that don't fade and no smell.  ​

Stainless steel inserts protect the rubber when loading / reloading the bar repeatedly.  This combined with high quality virgin rubber makes them ideal for long-term performance.  Drop tested over 10,000 times.
